If you are looking for a step-by-step how to do network marketing, then this is the book for you. Mr. Failla's process is simple, reproduceable, and it works. It's required reading for all business builders in my downline.

Robert Kiyosaki's
"Rich Dad's The Business School for People Who Like Helping People"
Robert Kiyosaki is very popular today, and this book is a good example of why. An easy read, explains how Network Marketing provides anyone, regardless of their education level, the opportunity to learn the skills necessary to enter the coveted "B" Quadrant outlined in his book Rich Dad, Poor Dad: What the Rich Teach Their Kids About Money--That the Poor and Middle Class Do Not!

Zig Ziglar's
"Network Marketing for Dummies"
Zig Ziglar is a very popular motivational speaker. The Dummies series of books is well known for it's appeal in explaining complex concepts in every day language.

Michael Clouse's
"Future Choice : Why Network Marketing May Be Your Best Career Move"
Michael Clouse is the previous editor of Upline Magazine, and Network Marketing Guru. His book "The Fifth Principle (The Secret To Network Marketing Greatness)" is a 20 minute read that exposes the basics of Network Marketing. This book goes into much more detail.

Steve Shapiro's
"Listening for Success: How to Master the Most Important Skill of Network Marketing"
Excellent book on the art of listening - I recently purchased several copies as gifts for my downline (and have received it as a gift from my upline as well)

Randy Gage's
"How to Build a Multi-Level Money Machine: The Science of Network Marketing"
The definitive guide on how to utilize a duplicatible system to be successful in Network Marketing. Randy is also a popular motivational speaker - his seminars on "Abundance" sell out months in advance. Randy Gage's personal story is in itself an amazing one - from rags to riches with Network Marketing.

Dale Carnegie's
How to Win Friends & Influence People
While this book is not on Network Marketing per-se, it is probably the single most important book on sales skills ever written. It is a classic on human nature and motivation. The techniques and skills Mr. Carnegie teaches in this book are timeless - they would have worked in the days of Caesar and will work until the end of time.
